These terms cover your use of Swerte (the website and its readings). By using Swerte or buying a report you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. What Swerte is
Swerte gives face-map, palm and BaZi (Four Pillars) readings in the Mian Xiang and Chinese almanac traditions. Each reading is put together from measurements of your photo and your birth data, matched against a fixed rule book.
Readings are for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not scientific, medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Don't use them to make decisions about your health, money, work, relationships or any other person. Swerte never comments on illness, lifespan, race, religion or sexuality.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent's or guardian's permission. Only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has clearly agreed to it.
3. Paid reports
- Prices are shown in Philippine pesos (₱) and charged once. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
- Payment is handled by PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal account or a Visa / Mastercard card. Swerte never sees or stores your card number.
- A report unlocks on the page right after the payment is confirmed. It is a digital product delivered instantly, in the same browser session. Save or copy anything you want to keep before you close the page: the reading is not stored on our servers.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
4. Your photo and data
How your photo and data are handled is explained in our Privacy Policy. In short: your photo is measured on your own device and deleted right after the reading.
5. Acceptable use
Don't try to break, overload or bypass the site or its payment step, and don't use Swerte to harass, profile or judge another person.
6. Liability
Swerte is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on a reading, or for indirect losses. If something goes wrong with a paid report, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Philippine consumer law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in force when you paid applies to that purchase.
8. Contact
For any question about a purchase, reply to the PayPal receipt sent to your email, and include your PayPal order number.
